Black Sashimi Plate

Sashimi plate in BB black glaze- a mottled black glaze highlighted with iridescent blue. Each piece has a unique dappled pattern determined by its position in the kiln during the firing process.

Designed for traditional use for sashimi this plate is versatile enough to use for sushi, dumplings, rice paper and spring rolls.

Each piece of this collection has a unique and varied glaze. Slight irregularities in the glaze reflect the artisan nature of the product and are embraced.
