Shipping is calculated at checkout. 

All standard shipping is $14.00.

Rural & Selected Oversize shipping is $18.50. 

This is reflective of the rural charges which are charged by the courier companies.

All items are shipped from our store in Wanaka.


All large heavy and fragile items including Furniture, Artwork & Antiques are available for in-store collection only.  Please select Pick Up at checkout when choosing your shipping method.

Alternatively, please contact us for a freight quote at before purchasing and we will be in touch with shipping options to your location. This is not calculated online and will be in addition to your purchase after the freight quote is accepted by you and your order is placed.  


At this time we cannot offer International Shipping.


All orders are processed within 2-4 working days after receiving your order confirmation email. You can expect your order to arrive within 5 working days of being shipped.  Delays may apply to rural addresses. 

If you do not receive your order within 5 days of being shipped please contact us.  Orders are processed and packaged during our office hours of 9-5pm, Monday to Friday.  Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped with a tracking number you can use to check your order’s status.  Please allow 48hrs for the tracking status information to become available.

It is the customers responsibility to track the movement of your order.  In the case of any delays please contact us and we will assist you the best we can. 

Please ensure you include special delivery notes for your parcel if required.  

Please provide a physical address where your package can be signed for to ensure safe delivery of your parcel.  We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
