RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
At Boh & Ivy Ltd we want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your online purchase, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.
We will only accept returns on items unused and in the original condition and packaging. We will refund the full order amount (excluding courier costs), or can offer an exchange.
Items purchased in-store can be returned to the store at 49 Helwick Street, Wanaka 9305 for an exchange or store credit. We are unable to offer 'change of mind' refunds unless the item is faulty and no replacement is available. All exchanges will be at the discretion of Boh & Ivy Ltd.
All artwork is a final sale and is unable to be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Furniture items are final sales and unable to be returned or exchanged. Faulty furniture items will only be refunded if a replacement is unavailable.
Shipping costs to return the item are not covered by Boh and Ivy Ltd (unless faulty). It is up to the returner to consider using a trackable shipping service or to purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are unable to offer change of mind refunds unless the item is faulty. All exchanges will be at the discretion of Boh & Ivy Ltd.
Discounted and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the event that your order arrives faulty or damaged, please email us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address any damaged item claims on a case by case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution, and if we can not replace the goods, a full refund will be provided. Items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
